Our five-step process

  1. Trust comes first

    Trust is the foundation of the relationship between Nano Voice and its clients. We work transparently at every step, so you always know what we're building and why.

  2. Complete proposal

    For interested clients, Nano Voice shares a complete proposal based on your requirements — scope, timeline, and pricing, with no surprises.

  3. Credentials & knowledge base

    You provide the account credentials needed to work on the AI Voice Agent, and share knowledge-base information — the business-specific details your agent must know to serve your customers.

  4. 50% advance, 50% on deployment

    On approval of the proposal and pricing, you pay 50% in advance. The remaining 50% is paid after successful deployment of the AI Voice Agent and its workflow.

  5. Your testimonial

    Once the work is complete, Nano Voice requests a testimonial about the completed work — your feedback helps us grow.
